ET Drive 500/600 Gate Motor [UNSOLVED]

Hi there. I'm having issues with my Drive 500/600.

Error Message: Beam interrupted.

Each time it pops up when I try to remote close my gate or button trigger it.

I have newly installed beams but I'm not too sure if the terminals are connected properly. Anyone that has beams installed doesn't matter what make. I need help please or a diagram since ET didn't include it in their Manual.

Try switching the beam to N/O rather than N/C and see if that changes the game for you?
 
I have, but the problem is that ET didn't include a informative drawing since I work with Normally Open, Normally Closed as well as Common. This gate motor only has the Words Beam and GND. Not much information to feed on here.
 
Do keep in mind. I just connected N/O and N/C with wire. I didn't connect them both up to the Gate motor circuit. N/O will obviously not be connected to anything
 
Like I've explained. E.T didn't include information on how to connect these beams. So far I've only seen Centurion has.
 
Page 15 tells you where to install the beams, are you looking for where to install which wire because that page is more than sufficient.

Did you win? I installed the WAVE semi-wireless infra-red beams from ET Nice. It worked initially but now it's no longer working on AC (always getting beam interrupted message). It only works on battery power.
 
I think I have solved the issue. (Not by myself, but by phoning around and checking the internet)

You need to install a resistor between ground and BM. it is a 3x3 resistor.

Hi I need to install a 16vac transformer on ET Drive 500. I confused on where to put in the Live, Earth and N wires on PC Board.

Please help.
