Et500 Sliding Gate Motor

Hi
I have an Et500 which stays in power interrupted mode (2 long beeps) before the gate moves. I have checked all the fuses, replaced the battery and checked to see if there is an incoming 16VAC as well. Everything is in order.

The gate weighs 278kg.

Any other advice, I would really appreciate.

Sometimes it's stuck in holiday mode or haven't done initial setup of open close switches. Check manual if it's not in some mode.

Is it moving slowly or at normal speed?

I don't know if your motor can give torque warning but 278kg sounds heavy but I don't know.
