Good afternoon all admins
Who of you are hosting Euphoria VOIP systems at your workplace/employment?
We are looking at alternatives to our current Cisco VoIP system - it is well over 6 years old at this stage, and we are a bit hindered by it not having advanced functions such as call logging amongst others.
The pain in the butt is when we get new handsets which requires new codes and updates to be loaded on the Cisco router, and that requires a call-out from the company who installed it for us.
So basically we are looking at a system which we can self-administrate, which will be a bit cheaper than the Cisco kit, and which we can update ourselves with new firmware/software when these comes out.
TIA
