I normally don't go to the malls or shops that often so I'm not to sure if this has been a thing for sometime or its new. Was surprised to see checkers has EV stations. It says its powered by the sun and there was no cost anywhere, so I'm leaning towards you just being able to come plug in your EV while you do your shopping for free.
