1.) As a beginner player, your only real option is to fly them one at a time. If you still have under 900k SP, a quick way to get back to the original station is to set the original station as your medical clone "home" and to just undock in your pod and self-destruct. This will "teleport" you to the clone home station. If you have more than 900k SP, make sure you update your clone, or you will lose SP (costs money)
2.) This depends on your playstyle, but as a newer player, this won't matter much. To start off with, yes - use one station as "home" (i'm a neat freak, I hate having many stations on my asset list), but there are many reasons to use multiple stations
3.) No, there isn't a bus, but a shortcut is to "pod travel" if you are impatient. See #1
4.) Again, up to you, but keep them for now. At some point you'll lose your current ship, and unless you know how the markets work, you'll likely end up paying more to replace your ship than what you got from selling what you have.
5.) Train your learning skills. Get Learning and the other Tier 1 learning skills to 4 (they are cheap to buy). The Tier 3 skills are quite expensive for a newer player but also worth getting fairly soon. Also try to train Cybernetics to at least 1. This will allow you to use Implants that will increase your attributes by up to 3 (you need to train Cybernetics higher to get other bonuses from Implants). I suggest you get EveMon (
http://evemon.battleclinic.com/) - you can use it to plan your training (eg I want to fly ship x) and it will help you with the skills you need and even suggest learning skills to train first to speed up your training plan.
Some more tips:
Join a good corp, it really makes a difference. Once you start to get to know more experienced players (and trust them), they can help you with things like moving your stuff from one station to another, or just help out with missions/etc if you can't handle it on your own. For a newer player, I'd recommend Eve University (
http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Applying_to_Eve_University). They are diverse enough to give you a chance to experience most of what Eve has to offer, and are patient with newer players.
Don't fly what you can't afford to lose (you'll see this everywhere). If you can't immediately replace the ship you are flying now (with fittings), you probably should not be flying it.
High sec isn't safe, just safer
Join a good corp (yes, this is important enough to say twice)
