Necro reply: When I was still playing EVE, I did find a local site, apparently Natal-based. But when I saw they were also selling WoW Gold, and a couple of other in-game currencies, so I decided to steer clear of them.

If you don't have a CC or access to one, I don't know how to subscribe/buy ETCs, sorry.

That's the site I was talking about, decided against using them when I saw they were selling in-game currency. I see that they don't sell EVE currency anymore, is it legal to sell WOW gold like this?. I don't play it, so am not sure.

Yeah GTC from http://www.rpg-bay.co.za/ worked for me as well. Cheap and easy ordered and an hour later i had my code using EFT, no need to worry about credit card or paypal
