Eve online

I fiddled in Mining (extreme amounts of money to be made there, takes time), and ended up going military. By day 10 I had a cruiser fully equipped
:D
Maestro cards seem to be an exception (I also use maestro :()

Yeah im going to spend more time today and check it out properly just messed around; but it seems cool Do you still play?

Last night was Awsome!!

So Wintergasp is ready to reset and we want to go do the boss, so we get 25together, lets go defend the keep, the problem is, the top Horde guild on our server has the same idea.

Things arent going that well and withing the 1st 10 mins, they are aleary inside the 1st set of walls, so our GL is married to the GL of our server's top Alliance guild, so she pulls rank on him, rips them out of their raid instance and they arrive just as the horde gets into the inner circle, now we are about 50 to 60 alliance players inside that little area before the door and wave after wave horde vechilces comes in, with 5 mins to go they get the door down, but they dont get past to take the last part.

Epic fight, and the best part - The Alliance won Something.

Sounds fun, thread where this post would be more awesome that way ------->

Ive bought a couple timecards over the years, nothing solid (i forget my acc details on occasion and start a new trial). Would be nice to start up again properly, gotta get the subs working first

Yeah thing is its difficult to juggle wow and this. so i got to choose one or the other:P

i like the technical side of Eve; Wow is fun i will admit but its just very linear right now.

I have a couple of good mates who raid hardcore in WoW and also have a huge corp. in Eve.

Admittedly though, they have been playing Eve for years and have gotten to the point where they can spend less time maintaining their assets.

Yeah, after the initial focus in Eve,, once your skills get high enough to the point where it takes 25days to training something, you can take it slowly

An awesome game which can get quite technical. Mess around with some 14 day accounts till you come up with the best possible character for you. Cant stress enough how important learning skills are.

yeah i plan on doing that, thou the game is highly confusing and the os x client is a bit buggy :(

The linux client is also buggy, so playing in Windows is probably best. Not cool experiencing a crash, logging in and finding your ship has been torn apart by rats
