I'm considering buying some plexes so that I can get myself a Freighter (got the skills and a production plan setup, just don't have the ship to move in the scale that I need).

Is there anyone here who has bought them before, and if so, where did you get them? The problem with the Eve store is that it only ships the cards....I just need the codes.

You can by plex directly in your account setting. So if you log into https://secure.eveonline.com/ you can get it there. The game will then allow you to redeem and sell it on the market. Why not just join a corp that looks after their people?

Becarefull though if you tranport it to a busy market hub. Pirate players will like nothing more than popping somebody carrying plex in the chance that it might get dropped for them to take.

I'm in a nullsec alliance and in a corp that is on the front line with our POS in a chokepoint, meaning there is a lot of reds moving in and out (resulting in rare ratting chances) against some very experianced and aggressive PVPers. After paying our alliance membership fee, the corp doesn't have much to spend, so everyone just funds themselves however they can. Almost constant wardecs mean that I rarely get into hisec to make money.

Plus, this would be a once off thing. Just need to get myself the freighter and I can take it from there. And yes, I know that having a freighter when in a corp that is wardec'd regularly is bad...that's why we're making an industrial hisec feeder corp which I will be a part of :)

This game requires so much planning to get stuff done...I love it :D

Thanks for the info!

No problem, I am 7 days old in the game... Or corp (30days old) is mostly new players who consist 99% of the member base. We already have a massive industry and mining in high sec with fleets of 18 or more people in frigates and BC going into low sec. We surprised a few of the older corps with our aggressive gameplay and ability take tech 2 cruiser and BC. We even survided a war against CCIM Merc Corp. Man thoe guys are good, we just through cheap fit frigates en mass on them until we got kills.

I agree though, this is an awesome game that requires alot of planning.
