Okay my setup.

Midrand Tower.
100% Signal.
USB to PC.
Using Azuereus.
Torrents are from TZN, and eFarm.

Example Torrent 1 - (29)Seeds and 5(peers) of which I cant connect to more than 3 at a time. Download speed - no more than 3k/sec bursts. Upload speed, anywhere between 20 - 40 k/sec.

All other torrents show a decent amount of seeds/peers but dont even start downloading. My Azuereus shows yellow/red faces on almost all torrents in my list.

Its as if I can only download 1 at a time, with no more than 3 connections.

Proxies have not helped , neither has changing ports from 21,80, 1024+ etc.

If im missing anything i'll edit this post.

Enough seeds to make a difference, USB usually 0k/s , if lucky 1k sec using various programs, no difference!

I heard iBurst have blocked .torrent files using clever scripting. They must also kill P2P ports. Don't ask me why they offer >3GB packages - what for if they don't let you download anything? Chops...

Because they want you to buy the 9Gb package for that purpose.
Sneaky buggers.
Look at the 1gb package,it`s just good for emailing and browsing,streaming file download and vpn will only be 64Kbps on that.
