Good day

I've stumbled across this site in the search for a double DIN headunit for my car... Did some research and see that they're part of JDGroup/Pepkor. Their, HelloPeter reviews doesn't look too stellar though.

Has anyone dealt with/bought something from them? Care to state your experience?

They are legit. Only been around for a year or so. Haven't bought from them though and i doubt i ever will.
 
I would avoid them. Paid for freezer last week Monday, status is stuck at "Ready to be picked". Whatever that means.
I Should of rather paid the extra at takealot.
Now will probably have to fight them for a refund.
Don't be tempted like me with their lower prices.

Got in contact with them. Seems 'ready to pick' means courier needs to pick item up according to them.
I want to support a competitor to takealot but often companies forget how important good communication is.

That was my thought. So I am probably being lied to. Lot of their Facebook reviews seem to have the same issue. So they definitely still have big logistical issues even after a year. No idea why some of the big players can't seem to replicate takealots model.

Yup, they legit - I've bought a number of things through them.

One delivery was 2 days after I ordered, another was I think 5 days. I called to find out about the second order and they explained they were just sourcing stock.

I was very impressed with them.

Item arrived today damaged. Sent straight back
 
Really good promos, like Incredible connection has at times. Both orders I placed were delivered quickly.

Guess they are like Evetech. Prices are good but their services is poor for some people, especially when things go wrong.
