Everytime I load airtime it says insufficient funds

Everytime I buy airtime to either buy data with it Telkom says I have insufficient funds. Then days later my airtime disappears without even making a call or buying data. Its been happening for a few months thought its a network problem but Telkom is a thief and I am getting tired of buying airtime only to be stolen by this network
 
Look at your Content Services, you might be subscribed to some stuff.

*since you don't say how you are buying this airtime, so I am assuming internet banking

Look at your data usage.
There could be background running apps eating data.
Switch all apps to run on wifi only and then switch to mobile as needed.
 
Make sure you have unsubscribed to all services (google to find out how to do that) and turn mobile data off when not needed. Also discover the joys of flight mode. Switch off from Big Brother, you will love it ;)
