I placed a order on the 19th of May. Made payment. Now I cant get hold of anyone on a update to my order.

I get that the lockdown has caused some delays but the least they can do is let you know whats going on

They don't, there's an entire thread dedicated to it. I placed an order on the 5th of May, my order arrived on the 18th.

Wait till you have to return stuff under warranty.
