I have been on the phone for at least an hour every day for the last week trying to sort my connection out, and I've just had enough of their crap.

So I'm posting here, a very simple to understand reason -not- to get iburst.

The left window is pinging www.iburst.co.za, and the other three are pinging www.google.com, www.woolworths.co.za and www.saix.co.za

This is my last resort, iburst support has been completely useless in this regard, and if this post doesn't attract any attention from them, then I have failed.

Sorry if anyone is getting a decent connection, but for the last few weeks I haven't.

Even though we know they read the posts here they hardly ever reply here.

Have you tried posting in hellopeter (if not then check my sig below for the link)
as that should get some sort of response from them.

looks like your modem is tower hopping are you using an external antenna?

Last night iBurps was TERRIBLE I believe. Those who could authenticate, couldn't even access iburst.co.za
