Evo d5 rebooting

Hello all,
I have a D5 evo gate motor that is currently keeps rebooting. The message on display is " wait for 1 minute or reset all power - Waiting Co-processor".

The power os charger is 14v and on battery is 13.3v

What could it be?

The battery is shot. Can't provide enough amps to get the motor going. Replace it and everything should be fine.
