That's awesome! Best example of micro evolution I've seen so far. Fails as macro evolution proof though.

WHERE the fuq did this concept of micro and macro evolution come from ? ugh you people know nothing of evolution. I bet you think its a random process ? and I bet you ask yourself why humans dont evolve? if you ask yourself one of those 2 then you dont understand evolution.... oh wait you decided to invent a concept of micro-evolution.

:wtf: i dont believe in processors but i believe in microprocessors :erm:

Simple, there is tons of evidence for adaptations, yes but they still stay within the same species. Show me a new species from old maybe?

All this "micro evolution" is simple Epigenetics turning markers/sections on and off.

Are people truly this dense? Show ONE instance of a new species instantaneously arising from another and you would've emphatically disproven evolution.

For ****'s sake...

This word that creationists invented "evolutionist" really is the most absurd thing. There is no such thing! You only get people that accept scientific enquiry and those who reject it.

This whole "evolution under fire" thing is also just another thing made up by creationists. So if this is why you think evolution is not credible please take a look at who are spinning these anti-science stories - these are the most blatantly dishonest people you will find. If you really want to believe people who have been proven to lie time and time again then I really don't know what else to say.

As has already been pointed out in this thread , many adaptations over a long period of time = new species. The fossil record is proof of this, i ask you to please atleast read the thread first before commenting.

I am a gravitationist through and through. Because if I didn't believe it, then it would be false and I might fall off the edge of the world or something.

Nah you would just float away , you would have to believe the earth was flat to fall off the edge ;)

Ye but I thought that the concept of floating out into the endless void of space, might be too higher grade for my target audience.

We need a "creationist" label that can be attached to forumites. Get that label and BOOM the site won't allow you to post in the science section any longer.

I mean if you are going to reject the scientific method why bother coming to the science section at all.

No wonder you can not find Jesus in your heart, you try and ban Him every way you can.

LOL. Makes me think of Andre the Hypnotist. Went to a show once, and he said you can only be hypnotized if you really really want to.

The scientific method cannot determine whether creation is true or false. This would discriminate against creationists as they do not necessarily reject the scientific method. I am a creationist btw.

You might need to supply your personal definition of creationism in this context. The ones I've found reject evolution.

here you go:

creationism
Origin
cre·a·tion·ism   [kree-ey-shuh-niz-uhm] Show IPA
noun
1.
the doctrine that matter and all things were created, substantially as they now exist, by an omnipotent Creator, and not gradually evolved or developed.
2.
( sometimes initial capital letter ) the doctrine that the true story of the creation of the universe is as it is recounted in the Bible, especially in the first chapter of Genesis.
3.
the doctrine that God immediately creates out of nothing a new human soul for each individual born.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/creationism?s=t

in 1929 in the United States the term "creationism" first became specifically associated with Christian fundamentalist disbelief in human evolution and belief in a young Earth, though its usage was contested by other groups, such as theistic evolutionists, who believed in various concepts of creation.[3]
