I've made a spreadsheet of all my expenses for credit cards, cash, EFT's etc to see exactly where my money is going and currently have about 40 trasaction.

But, I made them all positive figures. Is there a way to get them all negatve without having to go through each transaction? Like, apply negative on row? :/

Thanks,

Use this formula in an adjacent column :

=A1-(A1*2)

Then copy and "paste values" back into column A.

Yeah... I'm with JohanG... do that on column B or something.

Also, try MS Money... I've been using it since 2002, its interesting to see how your income and expenses change from time to time. Depending on how much time you have, you can go into quite a lot of detail in MS Money... I can tell you what I spent on this day 6 years ago... down to those damn car guards.

TurboCash is freeware now, so maybe worth a look. Never used it though.
If you use Linux, GnuCash is another option.
