Excel problem

I'm having this rather frustrating problem every time I open Excel 2007. I get the message below and I just press 'OK' and it works fine, but it is still frustrating having to do it every time one opens Excel...

I did have the above mentioned file but I deleted it. It didn't matter though..the message still came up when I did have it. Could it have something to do with the Add-On tab because that is what it was...

could be a reference to the add in still in excell.
Tools>addins>references - uncheck it if it there...
