Excel : Pull figure from HTML

Someone said I can get Excel to pull a figure from web sites into an Excel document - like an exchange rate.

Is this easy like having a wizard or shortcut?

And now it refreshes everytime I open in the morning?
Can I get it to auto refresh after a certain time ?
