Hi guys

If this theme appears elsewhere please forgive me for starting a new one, but I need some feedback or assistance before I totally loose control and throttle the people at the WBS admin.

Since starting with iBurst in July, the connection has been a dream, but the admin is shocking. Since I signed up in the middle of the month, I asked to pay 15 to 15 instead of 1 to 30, with which they had no problem. End July, no invoice sent. End August, no invoice sent. End September, invoice sent and indicates I am in arrears, despite proof of payment done on 13 August, 14 September, 15 October. Now I get a statement and corresponding e-mail saying my account is due on or before 01 November, for R469.00.

Trying to explain to WBS that the account has already been settled is fruitless and I ended up explaining Grade 2 arithmatic to them. And they can't seem to understand that if I have to pay on 01 November then I am 15 days ahead or that they owe me half of the monthly fee if they want to change the payment period from 15 - 15 to 01 - 30.

I run a business and my admin is spot on, even for a one-man-business. And so I can reasonably expect theirs to be the same, can't I?

There is no medicine that can cure idiocy...

Totally agree, the product is great but the ppl behind it are hopeless.

It seems that it is standard practice to not send invoices etc, last month I had to even beg them to debit my account never mind send me my invoice. I would recommend that anyone who doesn't receive invoices from WBS better make sure they get it from them each month so you have proof of payment otherwise you will end up in the same situation as andrieso.

I have never recieved an invoice from wbs, but the proof of payment is the debit order so there is noway they can say it was not payed.

IMHO I blame it's the whole BEE crap.

I signed up with fusion reactor and they've been spot on regarding my debit orders but the last 2 months I've been receiving calls from the accounts department regarding Unpaid account... I mean come on wtf? if Fusion reactor gets it right WTF can wbs have such idots?

so blame the blacks is your attitude?

Not what he meant by BEE, he is blaming unqualified blacks. If it was WEE, it would be the reverse, unqualified Whites.

The abreviation Black Economic Empowerment
should not have been used here.

It may have certain results pointing to what you have said but it in no way stands for what you have said

Ehrm. You do realize that fusion reactor designed the entire WBS customer management portal and billing side?

It seems to me that (from this and another thread) BEE is an easy target for people to go for without even informing themselves of the full underlying proccess.

OK, OK, to put the matter in perspective, the person who I am dealing with i this matter is not black. But incompetence is incompetence, no matter what you colour or creed.
