Excess data 'sent' help..

Excess data 'sent' over the last few days, so i want to do a manual check.

I've cleared the cache once in opera, and it had no effect. Is there any suggestions as to where else i can check, or do a manual delete?

are you using iburst or ADSL? iburst seems to "send" data on its own.
