Ok, new thread.

If you've been disconnected for excessive usage, please check your bandwidth monitor (http://helpdesk.wbs.co.za) and post the details here. I would like to see where they draw the excessive line, since they won't do the obvious thing and just tell us this number.

Bought : Standard free 3 GB
Downloaded : 9GB
Uploaded : 11 GB
Total : 20 GB.

There should be no line.
Plz people don't take this BS, You should complain, complain, complain.
If you are able to get to their offices, plz do so, and stay there till they sort you out,or security sorts you out.
Write to the papers, Phone in on radio, Call Belboks on Monday nights.
JUST MAKE SOME NOISE!!!!

Well look, if everyone expects uncapped service, even at 64k, please take into consideration what Telkom's local bandwidth costs are.. and also the fact that if everyone is leeching 24/7 - the service WILL be crap, such as now.

Although just cutting services off is a touch absurd.. no doubt about that. The 'purchis anuver akount' is a Telkom phenomenon and should be kept at that.
