Exchange and pocket pc

My director bought the new I-mate Jam and asked me to sync his emails with the i-mate. I`m unable to sync the pocket pc with my exchange server. I did download BA_MTN_SAfrica_V1.0.CAB from leafwireless but i keep on getting the following error message. "No modem at above nr". The modem is celluler gprs and the apn is internet but I`m still unable to get any gprs connection please help. Tx Uge

Well thats your problem isn't it?

Your pocket PC is trying to find the server over GRPS (the way I read it).

Can't he just sync his emails via bluetooth or wireless when he reaches the office or does he want the whole "mobile office" thing going?

You also need to be running Exchange 2003 SP2 for this to work, with a front end server set up..

It support push e-mail which I find pretty useful. With either the K-JAM and the JASJAR it works like a bomb ..
