Exchange at De Aar

Rumour has it that the exchange was upgraded in August but since then the service has gotten worse by the day to the point where it takes me 30sec to 2 minutes just to open a page on this forum and telkom denies that there is a problem at the exchange.

Here are my traceroute and speedtest results.

seems my 4mb has been downgraded to a dial-up connection.

the whole test took 15 minutes to complete.
the download test prepared for 10 minutes and took 5 minutes to complete.
the upload test was flying.
the ping test also had several brief pauses

this test is heavily corrupted by telkom impo

I experience the same problem and I aslo live in De Aar. There must be a serious problem that must be looked at.
