I'm delivering email to public folders for our CSC and need to implement a notification system that will let them know there is a new email that needs attention. I don't want to forward the email to the inbox because we don't want agents having client details on their PC's.

Exchange server 2003
 
From Outlook, Properties on the public folder, Administration tab, and use the Folder Assistant to create a rule that sends out a notification.
