Fourways exchange, but probably fed from a mini DSLAM - there are plenty in that area! Probably near Calderwood...

Should be very good. Depends on the quality/age of the cable to your premises.

Montecasino or Dainfern?
I live in Douglasdale, fastest I can get is 2.5Mbit but its sitting at 2Mbit.
When I lived in Dainfern I has full 470KB/s download 4Mbit, ahhh those were the days

There are mini-DSLAMS at both Montecasino and Dainfern so it's probably cable issues.
