Woke up this morning to broken internet. Did a tracert and saw that there is no exchange hop?
Line is VERY unstable and disconnects every 5 minutes or so. Attenuation went from 23dB to 30dB and SNR dropped from 13 to 5.5. This on 40Mbps VDSL.
Would you say it's a line fault or MSAN/Exchange problem? (There was a techie working on the MSAN from Wednesday to Friday last week). Would like some second opinions while I wait for TelkomZA's reply.
