One of our managers sent out a recurring appointment via Outlook, which never expires, that there is a meeting every Mondai in the boredroom from 09:30 to 10:30
He deleted that specific appointment from his Outlook calendar (when he left the company), but we still have that specific appointment on ours.
Is there an easy way to cancel this specific appointment in the entire company, or will each user have to delete it from his/her calendar?
