Exchanges and "sub exchanges"

So, this is my exchange and it's ~3.3KM from me. I'm syncing at 4Mbps with okay stats. Now I see at the bottom of the page it lists "WTVW Physical Exchanges", one of them being this one which is only ~1KM away from me.

I was wondering what exactly this "Tablewviewsdc B14" is, and if I can benefit from changing to that one if it's possible?

That second one (TABLEWVIEWSDC B14) is not in fact an exchange, it's an MSAN.

It is actually this exact one:

Damn. It's ironic actually. I'm too far to get 10Mbps on copper but can get 20Mbps VDSL. Oh well. Thanks for the reply.

It will depend on the phyical routing of the copper cable from your accommodation... If the cable is linked to the MSAN then you should be able to get 10Mbps ADSL via a combo card in the MSAN. If your cable does not connect to a MSAN then you have a problem...
