exhaust sound

Hi guys.i've recently installed a powerflow on my polo and the problem is that theres a bit of an annoying sound coming from the exhaust some times.does that sound fade away after a while? there is that nice bass sound but then that annoying sound comes say at about 3000rpm.please advise.thanks

How big is it and is it like a rattling sound you hear?

It may be the exhaust touching the chassis at certain RPM. Take it back and tell them to check it.

i wish i could describe the sound but it sounds like these old opel kadetts.if that makes any sense.

just went to check again.its like a hissing sound.is it a norm?

its more like a rasping sound.

Unless you can get yourself a Ferrari or Lambo that 'screams', I don't think you'll get rid of that sound.

Might be rattling against the body somewhere? Check that all the bolts and stuff are all on and tightened.

You talking about a blaring noise, like someone is mouth-molesting a copper instrument? Needs a bigger silencer box methinks.
