Hi all
Extremely frustrated at the process thus far.
I am an existing rain customer, and had to cancel my previous sim card as was out the country for 9 months.
I eventually decided to reactivate, and got a rain sim from Clicks.
When I went to the rain website and entered my address - I was greeted with a message saying that Rain 4G was no longer on offer - as I was based in an area with 5g. Firstly I don't want a rain "home" product - I am out and about, and this would be for my cellphone.
Having a Rain 5g router would limit me to my home, and I have fiber.
I eventually managed to sign up for the unlimited 4g product, but now Rain insists on sending me a NEW sim card, whereas I already HAVE one, for which I need to simply activate it.
I don't want to wait 5 days for a new sim card to be delivered. I already have a simcard. I just need it activated.
I mean what's the point of sim cards being offered at retailers such as Clicks if Rain insists on sending customers a new sim card themselves?
Thanks
