Expansion Gap for Tiles

Hi

I have ceramic tiles on my balcony. As its quite large, it has an expansion gap to allow for expansion/contraction. The current flexible "stuff" they used to fill the gap is coming loose after many years and needs to be replaced.

What is this flexible stuff they used in the expansion gap, or what can I use to replace the current flexible stuff? Its grey in colour currently.

Its usually a silicone based sealer if you go to your local builders warehouse or similar they can help you obviously the area needs to be well cleaned before using it.

Something like this but there are many brands:

Ah right, its called expansion joint sealer, should have guessed

I just have to comment here. I have about 150 metres worth of aluminium expansion joint in my shop. If anyone needs at a good price. In East London though.
