True, CTC is good to see monetary side, but growth opportunities, culture/work environment can make a job so much more than a job.
In an earlier comment I mentioned to not chase money, by this I meant more or less the same thing. That being there is more to it than just money. Intangible benefits, work and family life balance, job satisfaction. If you are lucky enough to do something you love and are passionate about, then money is usually not a big motivation.
