We installed 15mbps W-DSL at the end of December 2009.
The installation was very speedy and efficient - so top marks for that.
Since then, it's been an endless struggle to get our account and login to the website to see usage stats/topups. When we did get an account we were billed for the 160GB monthly package instead of the 60GB monthly package - another endless struggle to sort that out.
The line itself was initially very impressive giving use close to the 15mbps advertised down and upload speeds. As the year has progressed, though, it seems the 20:1 contention ratio is starting to bite - local South African traffic still runs at close to 15mbps, but during the day international bandwidth is virtually unusable - currently getting speeds of about 2kbps international - in fact so slow that www.speedtest.net will not even load.
So, it's a mixed result. If you need very fast local bandwidth, especially upload speeds for hosting, it's not a bad solution. If you need any international connectivity, it's currently unusable.
