Experiencing Capped Speeds

Anyone else experiencing capped speeds all of a sudden?

My downloads where running fine and now... 1kB/s, I'm on a wireless 8 and had only used 800MB of my cap...

Me too. Only getting a massive 1kB/s international. National seems fine though.

I wouldnt know.... i only got iburst cos smelkom never supplied my area with adsl back then... just stuck with iburst because of the throttle service even tho my area picks up poor signal.

I get capped speeds even when i've got enuf bandwidth. gets worse when i do get capped.

Getting normal speeds a bit, but latency must be fixed!

(This test took 5 minutes of time to "prepare download" after latency test!!!)
In short, fix international latency.

Sorry about the problem. As mentioned in other posts there was an upstream cable fault.
