Isnt that like a vpn or windows remote assistance or a firewall filter rule? You are giving authority in allowing someone to come on to your network.

Interestingly they put the onus on the end-user regarding what the end-user does with this software.

And quite right too, if somebody is caught downloading pr0n on company PC's, said user will face the consequences and not the software programmers.
