Bit pi$$ed off. Got to the station and was told my card has expired. What *really* irritates me is that there is almost R300 on the expired card. Now I have to raise a dispute with their head office to get my money back.

Yep had to dump a few cards in Dec when a few visiting family members wanted to use it.
I really still believe they can run much more cost effective service for casual users after hours and weekends. Cut the price in half at these times and extend hours to 12 weekdays and till say 2am on weekends.

You have to buy a new card.
Filing a dispute can be done online. Best way. The alternative is to give them a bank statement and they'll refund into said account.
Was a bit pissed off with how unaware the staff were about the situation.
