Explain the reason for this Yogurt Name Change

May be similar issue to port/sherry, champange/sparkling wine, Roquefort/Blue cheese.
 
Basically, certain words cant be used if there is less than x amount of whatever in the product ./thread.
 
So there's no Greek or Bulgarian in those yoghurts? :D

Precisely - they cant use words to describe a product that has no said identifiable ingredients in it, even though in this case, 'Greek' and 'Bulgarian' is not a product, but meant to describe something as greek or bulgarian.
