Could somebody please explain to this potato(me) what the hell I am doing wrong.
How am I suppose to use winmrt?
I just tried it and its giving conflicting results:

All was done on the same time. It shows that I have 0 % lost to poe.com but at the same time on the same ip's I have packetloss to rockstargames.com?
