Explora 3 single view setup

Hi Everyone

Can someone assist please. I connected my new explorer3 for single view to a smart Lnb, there is an HD decoder for another tenant connected to that slnb working fine but my Explora signal comes for a second and the next second is gone. The second I get signal it's 88% but next second goes to zero. How do I fix this. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

OK thanks. But I got it right yesterday, I changed the settings of my explora from decoder 1 to decoder 3 it's working perfectly now.
