Explora and pvr extra view connection

Have an explora 3 and also using pvr 2 for secondary decoder for extra view, the problem is the secondary decoder does not show all channels expected, compact plus, and the other problem is after connecting the pvr, the explora stopped the catchup, rewind,pause services and acting like a pvr where we are supposed to pay for those, displaying E102- 29, what could be the problem?
