Only the information bar shows on my Explora, but there’s no video or sound
Explora (primary decoder) and PVR (Secondary). The PVR works fine. Problem only with the Explora.
Explora Signal Strength and quality on Tuner 1 and 3 is 80+
Signal Strength and quality on Tuner 2 is zero (I think it is supposed to be zero unless you are recording something?)
What I’ve done so far without success:
Software upgrade on Explora by DSTV shop
Multiple cold boots
Restored decoder to factory settings
What troubleshooting can I do next?
