Explora remote slow response

i have notice the DSTV is sluggish when receiving commands via the remote. i press a key and i have to wait 10 sec or more for the bar to pop up then another 10 sec between each scroll, some times it does double commands, recently i notice when i change a channel my screen goes black the audio plays for 1-3 sec longer, wait 5-10 sec and then channel i selected pops up.

i am surprised this lag issue has not been resolved yet as i see people have been complaining about it for years.

The dstv hd decoder has similar issues... also a lag in remote commands. So annoying.

5.5 years and the problem persists?!

It must be a system error...i fixed this last sunday by doing a flash clear..wat decoders are using
