Explora TV Guide & Schedules deleted

Hi

I would like to find out if anyone else is having the same issue after the last update (For internet connectivity)

It appears that the entire TV guide, and all my schedules have been removed after this last update which downloaded on Friday morning (14/11/2014)

I do have Xtraview using an HDPVR 2P and that thankfully seems to be working fine on that decoder??

problem is now no scheduled recordings etc. will happen :mad:

Phoned them and they say it is indeed due to the recent update, but can't say when it will be rectified.

Anybody have any other info in this regard?
 
Having exactly the same problem,have rebooted my Explora countless times,my catchup is also not updating.
 
From MC Field Services:

A few people have reported not yet being able to successfully schedule remote recordings. We’re so sorry. Our teams are working to resolve this and helping customers individually too.
If you already have a Connect ID https://selfservice.dstv.com/self-service/my-account/, please do the following :
1. Ensure that your Explora smartcard is linked on your ConnectID (we have found some that were linked to other smartcards in the account but not to the Explora)
2. Log out of the TV Guide / website
3. Switch Remote Recordings OFF on your Explora (press blue DStv button, go to Settings, go to User Preferences, go to Connected Services)
4. Reboot the decoder (press and hold the STANDBY button)
5. Wait for video & audio and then switch Remote Recordings back on (press blue DStv button, go to Settings, go to User Preferences, go to Connected Services)
6. Go back to the TV Guide / website and login again.
The option to remote record should now be available.
