With IS saying we're going to be enlightened by this Seacom cable, can someone tell me if im the only one who's express uncapped account is shot? This weekend I barely got 20kbps on a 4mbit line, then i got d/c and couldnt connect again until Sunday.
Now I'm connected to it, and yet again my speeds are terrible. I get time-outs randomly etc. HTTP browsing is on par with dialup.
And to rule out my setup - If I switch my router to the 626 account then everything works fine and flies at full steam.
