express cards and 2008/2009 MacBook Pro

I understand express cards do not work well in these Mac's. Do any of u perhaps use express cards in these notebooks without any problems ?

i have the 2010 model and am trying to find a good express card 34 expansion for micro sd cards.

Get a micro-sd to SD card converter, the 2010 Macbook Pro has an SD card reader.

The 2010 17" still has an expresscard reader, as do the 2009 15" and 17" and pretty much all the macbook pros before 2008.

I did use the Huawei E800 express card with a MBP over a year ago. It had all the required supporting drivers.
