Extended EPG Appears then Disappears

I've noticed for the past two days on my HDPVR2P that the extended EPG on the iPlate and the "Favourite Channels" as well as "All Channels" guide only shows the current program and the next show, and if I press P+ to view the next day the guide shows no programs. Intermittently the list is populated with programs then disappears again

I've noticed the following also:

If I'm viewing a Horizontal channel and open the TV Guide the EPG only shows the Current and Next show for all channels

If I'm viewing a Vertical channel, the EPG will show the extended guide for all vertical channels, and only Current and Next for the Horizontal channels
At first I thought it was my LNB2 input which was not connected properly, but this is not the case.

Also I have this same issue on my other HDPVR2P which is in different location and connected to its own dish.

In both cases Tuner1 & Tuner2 show about 98% Signal strength and 100% Signal Quality.


Is anyone having the same problem?
 
I am having the same problem on two HD PVRs. I am told that is is to do with the tuner 4 cable/reception but I have 100% quality and 98% strength.
 
Are you in Favourites or full watching environment?
Cos it's a bug in favourites.
 
I always wondered what that problem was. Thought it was a fault on my hdpvr. Its been like this for a while now so i guess they are not really bothered to fix the bug.
