Where could I get a standard addendum that could be signed by the relevant parties to extend the date on the offer to purchase?
Our offer expired last Saturday and SA homeloans just called me to say they cannot continue with the application because the offer expired.
The owner agreed to give us an extension until next week Friday. But I have to source the extension addendum. It is a private sale.
