So, after almost 10 years of using iBurst's flat panel antenna (with a 20m extension cable to connect it from the roof to the desktop modem), I have now purchased a GSM 1800 Mobile & I-Burst, 1710-1880MHz, Yagi Antenna - 13dBi -N(F).

Unfortunately it seems the connectors are different and Miro at this juncture have not been able to resolve this for me.

Is there an adapter I can buy or do I need to buy a new extension?

I got one of these from Poynting Direct:
Adapter cable for iBurst - 30 cm pigtail for iBurst Unit
SKU CAB-032

This is a short pigtail that fits between the iBurst modem and the external antenna of your choice.
Cable Length: 0.3 m
Cable Type: RG174

It works with my omni and my flat panel antenna. What connector is on the end of the cable from your yagi?

From what I can tell the connector from the antenna is the N(F) and from the extension is an SMA(M).

So it stands to reason I would have to try and find a N(M) to SMA(F)
