external hard drive - seagate go flex vs go flex pro

Hi Guys im thinking of buying an external hard drive - seagate go flex or go flex pro

The only difference that i can see between the two drives is the speed, the go flex pro runs at 7200rpm, whereas the go flex runs at 5400rpm.

Will the diference in speed make a difference when say watching movies of the hard drive?

oh, and has anyone purchased anything from zaps online?

No difference really. For external a 5400rpm is fine. Yeah Zaps are great.
