Extra car key for Clio

I have managed to lose my car keys and now I'm using my spare. I called a Renault dealer and they want to charge me R1400 for a new key with remote.

Are there any other places that will be able to help me for cheaper as paying 1.4k for a new key is quite steep...

My old key didn't wanna start the car so I was forced to switch to the spare key.
They quoted me about the same price for another key so I said screw it, didnt bother looking for an alternative.

Actually wanna sell the car before this one dies cause renault's prices are totally ridiculous. Have a Clio 2 for 2 years now, no problems whatsoever just the damn servicing is a nightmare.

Electronically coded keys are very expensive. R1,400 is reasonable. I paid R3,000 for a key once.
